The house (250m ²) is located in one of the best locations in Javea on a large plot of 1. 500m ² at the end of a dead end - and thus wonderfully quiet. From each room to the sea side and from the garden you have a spectacular view of the sea and the bay of Javea.
The port of Javea with shops, restaurants and the beach and the old town are within walking distance. The main beach of Javea (Arenal) can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
The holiday home is very large and spacious with a private garden and infinity pool overlooking the Bay of Javea. You can dine al fresco on the terrace while enjoying the view of the sea.
On the ground floor you will find next to the entrance a large open living and dining room, from which you can look at the sea. Comfortable seating and a large wooden table with 8 chairs are available. Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are available. All windows in the living area range from floor to ceiling; Sliding doors open to the south overlooking garden and terrace.
The kitchen is very spacious and is fully equipped with appliances from Siemens and WMF: oven with integrated microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and other small appliances. The coffee machine (Saeco) guarantees delicious coffee enjoyment. Pots and pans, cutlery / dishes and glasses are sufficiently available. Washer and dryer are available for use. Even from the kitchen you have on the one hand direct access to the garden and breakfast on the terrace and on the other hand to the patio, which is the heart of every Spanish house.
Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom, which is equipped with a king size bed (box spring, 1.80m) and a private bathroom (with walk-in shower overlooking the sea). The toilet is in the bathroom, but spatially separated with a door. The highlight is the very spacious, walk-in closet. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow unobstructed views of the sea. Also from the master bedroom you have access to the garden and pool via a sliding door.
Another large double room with king size bed (box spring, 1.80m), an en-suite shower room (walk-in shower) and separate toilet is also located on the ground floor. Here you will also find a walk-in wardrobe for your clothes.
A guest toilet is located in the hall next to the front door made of heavy Spanish wood. Also in the hall you will find a built-in wardrobe in which the wardrobe is housed.
The first floor has two more bedrooms, each with very spacious fitted wardrobes. The comfortable hotel beds (box spring) are each 1.80 m wide. Enjoy the view of the Bay of Javea from the bed. One of the bedrooms has access to a roof terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy the sunset overlooking the sea.
Also on the first floor are a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. In the hall you can relax in a spacious lounge and watch TV.

The bedrooms have air conditioning; the entire house can be heated by the underfloor heating.
The garden has a 55sqm infinity pool with stunning views of the sea. The pool is at the entrance 80cm deep and at the lowest point 2.00m. On the south-facing terrace you will find a garden table and chairs as well as the gas grill - ideal for al fresco dining. Sun loungers leave nothing to be desired. Relax under the pergola in the shadow of the house.

Summary: This is truly a fantastic house located in the hills behind Xaibia. The property is fairly new and large with a nice pool and many different outdoor spaces. Inside there is five spacious bedrooms, a nice living room and a very well equipped kitchen. A training room with thread mill, bench w/weights and a multi-strength machine is an additional bonus.The walk down to the old town is approx 10-15 minutes down a fairly good path.Parking inside is very narrow for two medium size cars. Expect to use a car for shopping, beach visits etc. The communication with the hosts and the rental agency was very smooth, using Whatsapp for messaging. There is also a lot of printed information in the house, describing the city and its surrounding as well as the development of the property.
